Her career spans IT consulting, SaaS innovation, and pharmacy and medical benefit optimization—all of which inform her perspective on payment integrity. Michelle founded and grew Tryton Solutions, a national IT consulting firm that supported large-scale technology implementations for health plans. At MHK, she introduced SaaS solutions that streamlined medical and pharmacy workflows, from prior authorization and appeals to utilization management and quality programs. She has also led go-to-market efforts across rebate and formulary management, drug manufacturer copay programs, regulatory filing, and payment integrity.
